Shipping policy

We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. We will occasionally ship Wednesdays only if we have cleared it with you. This is to prevent any animals from sitting over the weekend in the event of a delay. You must have your order in by 7 PM EST to ship the next day. Any orders placed after 7 PM EST on Monday will be shipped the following week.
We ship UPS unless otherwise specified. We are NOT responsible for any carrier delays.
